Your refund will in most cases be issued to the same credit card you used for the original purchase. You will be credited for the cost of the item(s) and applicable taxes, less the pre-paid return fee. Fill out the Return and Exchange form and indicate the item(s) that you would like to exchange. Pack your exchange securely in the original package and attach the return label. Read the delivery note that comes with your package for more information.We do not accept exchanges after 15 days of the original purchase.
