Johari wants you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. We gladly accept returns of clean, unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise for full refund. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

Returns with an Original Receipt

For purchases made at the Johari boutique showroom, a full refund will be made in the form of the original payment if items are returned within 30 days of the purchase date. Cash or check returns over $100 will receive a corporate check mailed within 14 days or be credited to a debit card. Gift card purchases are non-refundable. For purchases made on johariafrica.com, a full refund will be made in the form of original payment if items are returned within 30 days of the order date. 
Returns without an Original Receipt

When no receipt is available, Johari will gladly issue a Johari gift card for the current selling price of the items returned.

Returns with a Gift Receipt

A Johari e-gift card will be issued for the purchase price. 

Price Adjustments - Johari does not offer price adjustments at this time. 

Returning Purchases to Johari Boutique Showroom

For your convenience, both online and boutique purchases may be returned to for Johari item credit. Please note that banking institutions may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account. All boutique showroom returns and exchanges require a valid form of identification. 

***Items purchased using PayPal must be returned online to receive credit to a PayPal account. PayPal items can not be returned in boutique showroom*** Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.


1. Fill out the Return Form provided in your original shipment. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Please be sure to note whether you are the buyer or received the item as a gift.

3. You may take your return package to any carrier you choose. We recommend using a traceable form of shipment, to ensure we received your return. We do not provide free return shipping at this time.

Please note: Items purchased inside Johari Boutique Store cannot be returned to the above address. Call us for details.

For returns by mail, we will send an email to notify you that your return has been processed and the proper account has been credited. You should expect the credit in your account 10-14 business days after we receive your return.
